By night, 'Comicus, Stand-Up Philospher' in Mel Brooks' "History of the World, Part I". Stand-Up Philospher during daylight hours, too. Almost all the time, actually. my job: Gainfully masquerading (economically) as a servile corporate IT lackey. Amuses me while it feeds me. Quite a show, much fun and it pays the bills. my ethnicity: Caucasian Heinz-57 mutt mix, mostly German-Irish. Which makes for interesting interior conflicts come time to choose between Duty and Pleasure. Duty wins out usually, not always (22 human chromosomes at work-play, wiggles the moral compass a bit).

Why would it matter to them, if Zeus was always busy chasing tail and Hera spent most of her time stalking and punishing the objects of Zeus' affections? Surely such domestic scenes made no difference one way or the other in their relationship, such as it was.
